        Therebwas hair all over in the bathtub. I had to clean it before I could give my granddaughters bath. It was disgusting. The room was fairly clean, although I was not optimistic after the tub issue. There were also hairs in the towels by the pool, however, I understand those may have been from putting them on the table

        ABSOULUTLY DO NOT TAKE THE EVENT INSURANCE FROM ALLIANZE TRAVEL! Seven Feathers...I would expect you could do better then a company that takes 30 days+ to work on your claim for not being able to make it to a concert. Payed the extra $20 for a headache of issues. Unacceptable!
