        The lady at the front desk was beyond rude during my check-in, and also incredibly rude to another group trying to check-in when I was checking out. It turned into a yelling battle as they had lost the groups reservation despite confirming the day before and then could not accommodate a bottom floor room for the elderly group as promised. I was checking out of a bottom room floor and told the front desk that and she then started yelling at me. I'm not sure if I can find the words to describe how disgusting the room smelt. It's permanently burnt into my nose. It was musty, and despite being a "non-smoking room" the room had evidently been smoked in for years. Otherwise, I would say the room was clean. The cleaning staff was super friendly. Overall, I would NEVER stay here again. Walkability: walkable to restaurants and grocery stores
