Kim is an incredible loan officer! She is always extremely kind, patient, and available for advice. I've worked with her on the purchase of two homes, and I hope to continue to work with her for future home purchases as well. She was super responsive by phone, email, or text and was incredibly patient helping me work through the questions I had (and I had a lot of questions!) If I sought advice on something that was outside of her realm of expertise, she went the extra mile to help me find the answers. Highly recommended! 6 out of 5 stars!

Kim was absolutely amazing to work with. She was there every step of the way: From helping us determine what we could afford in our initial pre-approval meeting, jumping on multiple calls to answer questions, all the way to letting us know that we had officially been funded. Kim was extremely responsive, knowledgable, and very helpful throughout the mortgage process. We've truly felt that she has our best interests in mind, and had a wonderful & stress free experience from beginning to end.
