We ordered 6 staring blocks and 8 corresponding anchors from SR Smith through our local distributor. Unfortunately they were manufactured incorrectly. Our distributor immediately notified SR Smith however they were extremely slow to respond or help find a solution. We are a small summer swim team and raised for money for 3 summers in order to purchase these blocks. We now will not be able to use them for our upcoming season and still dont have a solid solution from SR Smith. This was a really unfortunate disappointment for our team.

Sending a huge Thank You to Cindy Snyder for all her help and patience in getting our new Fiber Optics pool lighting figured out. We are in absolute heaven with our lighting. Anyone that sees it during the night or photos we share think its a pool at a resort. We highly recommend S.R.Smith! Enjoy!!
