Unprofessional and Disrespectful! Started @ 7am directly behind my house its still dark outside .
Woke up my baby and startled the dogs. I had no previous warning for a heads up or any information to prepare myself and family to be abruptly awoken to loud banging and engine roaring right behind my house at 7am(see pics below).
When I went to ask the man (who said he was the owner)
If he could wait and start at a more reasonable time(8am ) he brushed me off and continued with the noise.
So I proceeded to call the company # after our interaction to no avail.. a gal had answered and was very nice and said she would talk with the man but again, lead to no further solution.
The unprofessionalism I've encountered with this company shows there lack of compassion not only in there work but towards other fellow people which I would urge to take into consideration when looking for a company to do work for you.
Don't use this company if your looking for professionalism because that doesn't exist here.
