        I am thoroughly enjoying the classes at Namaspa! Each class has a pace that is nurturing and every instructor has been attentive to the needs of the students. I find I'm able to really focus internally while feeling the wonderful vibes of the other students and staff at Namaspa. And the ambiance is wonderful also. From the first time I stepped in the door I was greeted by a friendly face and I heard laughing and greetings amongst participants. The rooms are warm and there is plenty of room to flow through the well knit sequences.
