I had a wonderful time coming into to Chicos and trying on dresses. I didnt get anything this time, but planning on going back and maybe trying something again. The staff were very friendly and open to helping me find the dress Im looking for. The best customer service Ive ever received. Looking forward to coming in again.

Went in the other day, I was greeted by Katie. She was very nice and was able help me and show me around. She recommended some shirts and helped me find the perfect one! She was amazing and definitely made my experience there worth it. Will be going back!

There is something wrong at the Bend OR Chico's. Last week I filled out a survey stating how helpful they were answering questions and placed an order for me. Today Sunday 1/16 I called at 12:20. The phone rang a long time, someone picked up, hit a button and after a short time I was disconnected. I continued to call until 4:40. The phone was never answered. Hard to believe NO ONE noticed the phone was not ringing or working for over 4 hours in a place of business.

I had such an awful experience little to no help the employee was beyond rude to me. I believe her name was either Jessica or Jennifer. She was awful! Super judgmental looked me up and down when she was done talking to me. She wouldnt help me when I asked for help and just overall had a poor attitude. Definitely never shopping here again!
