We had an emergency with the contact page of our small business website going down, and I called around locally to find someone to help. Hilary was the only one to answer her phone (yes, I know web people probably prefer email or text, lol), and not only that, she was super helpful, referred me to someone who specializes in my problem, and even said I could call back if that referral wasn't able to help. Amazing customer service and kindness, and an all around classic Bend interaction, honestly!
