        These people are horrible, rude, incompetent liars. Unfortunately if you live in DRW they are all you have. I was less than a month late and away on business. They came and shut me off. Lady on phone is rude and ignorant. They claim after hours reconnect. That's a lie!! Worst business in Bend and they have a monopoly. I'll be calling the city, county and state about them.
