All of the crew that worked with us were excellent! They let us know what they were doing and why. Amber and Shaynn were the two women I remember and again they were excellent.

Our experience with this company was terrible. They were negligent and sloppy at best. They did not provide the service they said they would provide as a fire mitigation service. They charged 2.5 times their estimate after they prolonged their time at our house by not sending the number of workers promised ..if they showed up at all! The on site supervisor working on plumbing, electrical, and demolition was a housecleaner with no knowledge of those trades. They are all about getting your insurance money with no quality or assurance. Left a hole in our roof in a two day rainstorm and did not answer the phone for the entire three days. Left a leaking valve when the removed the kitchen sink. Left ann open wire that arced and could have burned the house down. Fortunately we found it. Not one single apology. Just excuses and cover up. After they said they were finished the house was filthy with soot and grime. Finally brought in a whole crew to do the job after five weeks. Insulation was inside the refrigerator. Footprints of soot on the beds. Soot and burned cabinets had been left on the hardwood for five weeks. We caution you..do not hire this company.
