        My Fiancee went in store to trade in her old phone, was waiting 2Hrs to be seen by the ONLY assistant in-store. Basically ignored. 1 other person in-store was yap-yap-yap... Setting up a new phone which the assistant had PLENTY of time in between to see to my Fiancee. Either employ more assistants or learn to multi-task.

        Victor helped me get my phone service working again Now have 5G working and of course I can stream Pandora again in car and pickup! Phone service is awesome!
