        I just called to try and setup an appointment for a consultation, and apparently the phone connection wasn't great. But the person I spoke with was super rude and instead of just asking politely if I could call back, she told me "You sound like a robot. This is a business, bye." and hung up as if I was prank calling. I'm sure they're great when it comes to accounting services, but the customer service and first impression wasn't great.
