It was done quickly and good communication. I was given the option to sign it on-line or come in to sign. I just dropped of the paperwork and they notified me when it was done. The employee, Layla, was great!

We've been coming here two years in a row now and each time it took 3 weeks to get our taxes done.  I understand it's busy but it's a bit ridiculous.  Definitely going to look elsewhere or try doing it ourselves next year.  A few starts because I know they try, and maybe they're short-staffed.  Besides turnaround time, they aren't too bad.
