This place is great. I dont ship things very often, but when I do, its nice to have people who care to help package and ship things to where they need to go. Everyone Ive worked with has been very kind and helpful.

The people here are very nice and helpful...very friendly....but their mark up is shocking! I wanted to ship a package through UPS and their quote was $85......I then walked down the street to the UPS store and they charged me $42 for the same package!!! I understand a business needs to make money, but come on....

Utilizing Pack Ship and More is a pleasure. Whenever I get bummed about having to go to UPS or FedEx, I remember I can just swing by PS&M and be done with it! Friendly and fast service. Thanks for your hard work!

Very helpful. Assisted in troubleshooting print of my document. Positive attitude of all employees dispute being busy. Was able to print and laminate my document without having to schedule / call-ahead. Rainee and colleagues were all positive, professional and helpful today. Thank you!

I was just in the store this morning to complete an Amazon return and Damon helped me. It was the best customer service Ive experienced in YEARS. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and just pleasant! So much so that I called the store back to get his name to write this review. What a gem. We need more Damons in the world!
