        THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! THEY DONT ANSWER THERE PHONES WHEN YOU HAVE STUFF GO WRONG. Bought my trailer almost 2 years ago!!! Now my warranty ($4,000 warranty I paid for) wont cover anything because its past the deadline because they WONT ANSWER THERE PHONE TO GET THE BALL ROLLING. Had to drive 4 hours away to the next Blue dog RV. This place is a JOKE. Absolute garbage.

        The manager of BlueDog RV - Ronnie is a man of his word. After QC and missing options issues with a special order, Travis refused to refund our deposit. After speaking with Ronnie, he was extremely helpful and reasonable and refunded our deposit. 4 stars for integrity. One star removed for the initial issues with Travis. KZ really needs to fix the heinous QC issues and BlueDog in Bend should pay a little more attention to detail when placing a special order. No one wants a small trailer without the main window in the front.

        Darien Jones made finding and buying a new 5th-wheel simple, and a sincere pleasure. She stayed with the process all the way through getting equipment moved from my trade, including making sure all personal belongings were delivered to the new 5th-wheel. I highly recommend Darien.
