We needed our roof replaced recently due to hail damage from a storm in our area almost two years ago. We had no idea that our homeowner's insurance may cover the damage until we had NW Quality Roofing come out for a quote to replace our roof. We knew our neighbors had all started replacing their roofs and figured ours was about as old. So, in getting the quote, we also found out we could make a claim to help pay for it. Everyone from the first person to the last person that worked and interacted in the process of replacing our roof were professional, respectful, courteous and responsive. We had a wonderful experience with this company! The workers are kind, respectful and theyre there to do a quality job; done right and done on time. We highly recommend them. And fyi, we have a metal roof with an extremely high pitch and these boys knew what they were doing and did it effectively and efficiently.
