They were extremely helpful when my fridge broke replacing it within 24hrs. The best part before, during, and after moving is their communication. They were always easy to speak with, and welcoming if you came in with a question. Theyd be the first people Id reach out to if I was moving back to the area. Their instagram is also really helpful in finding opened listings.

I lived one of their townhomes. From first hand experience, I would not recommend this company as a property management. Do not be fooled by the rating on Facebook. For example, there is another company in Bend, Oregon that shares similar ratings and that is Dollar Tree. You get what you pay for. With the townhome that I lived in, there were so many issues prior to move in. You may be paying cheaper rent (compared to the rest of Bend), but they do not prioritize maintenance or any sort of upkeep in between tenants. Their one and only goal is to maximize profit and pay little attention to the comfort of their tenants. If you do end up renting from this company, these are my recommendations: 1.) Document EVERYTHING in your own walk through. This saved me from being locked into a contract for a year. 2.) Lower your expectations. For MVPM. I am aware that the person in charge of your social media tends to respond positively to good ratings, and poorly to bad ratings. I will happily explain my reasoning and experience in further depth if you do respond.
