I served as President of an HOA and worked with Cascadia Management for the last three years and found them to be extremely professional and proactive. I worked directly with Julien Cayton and found him to be very knowledgeable about Oregon laws dealing with HOA's, he was aware of best practices used by other HOA's, and was very good at managing several contractors at a time. Julien's attention to detail was very helpful for all the volunteer members of the HOA Board. He was always responsive when there were questions from either the Board and homeowners, no matter what the subject matter was. I would definitely recommend Cascadia Management and Julien for any HOA Board.

We have been renting our home from Cascadia Management for going on 6 years now and we couldnt be happier. We have not had any issues at all with the owner or the management company. They are super easy to work with and are always pleasant and professional. Highly recommend using!!

We have used Cascadia as our Property Manager for over 2 years. They are responsible for planning and supervision of the majority of our repair and maintenance work. They lead the procurement work, manage subcontractors and coordinate with our board regularly. They also perform our financial control and accounting functions. They work is performed openly, well coordinated with much integrity and honesty. Our plan is to continue working with Cascadia staff well into the future.
