        I called Severson and got to talk to someone in the office. He got me scheduled on the next business day. Roger, the plumber, came out and diagnosed the leak under the toilet right away, reset the toilet, and got us back in order. A really nice guy and very knowledgeable. Ive used Severson in the past as well and will continue to do so for any plumbing problems.

        Great service and communication, I will use them again. I was away during the early stages of a remodel project, so we communicated via phone and text messages. I was given frequent updates and was called when decisions had to be made. Roger was a great listener and he offered suggestions that would meet my schedule and budget. Thankfully, Rogers attention to detail allowed him to find THREE very small water leaks that had been overlooked by others for years. These leaks would have ruined my new floors. He is a true professional.

        As a new home owner, I was nervous about the amount of plumbing work that my house might need, as well as how difficult it might be to find a reliable and responsive plumber. All of my fears went away once I was connected with Roger. His timeliness, quick communication, kindness, and patience with all my questions made the experience of working with a plumber actually enjoyable. Not only did he help when I first moved into my house, but I recently reached out to him about a leaking pipe. He will always be my go-to, not only for myself, but for anyone who needs a rec!
