Shorty dialed in my solar/propane hot water and radiant floor heating system and improved the original functionality to where it is much more energy efficient. He also solved a complicated intermittent problem where the boiler would not always start. He really knows boilers and radiant systems inside out and backwards. Shorty was very friendly, super knowledgeable and able to resolve the hot water heater issues that two other plumbing companies could not. The other companies provided me with a blanket statement of "it's probably this", billed me and left me with a broken hot water heater. Shorty actually listened to me about the issues I experienced and tested things to confirm the problem. His recommendation fixed the problem and it ended up being a cheaper solution than what the other companies recommended. You won't find a more courteous and professional plumber in Central Oregon. The only downside is that he is super busy so appointments need to be scheduled well ahead.

Our contractor hired Metolius River plumbing for an extensive re plumb on our house. They did a fantastic job. We have since hired them for some additional work. Shorty is a fantastic dude and a gifted plumber. I would highly recommend them. He also stands by his work and is a man of his word. They take pride in their workmanship.
