Only because there isn't a zero rating. Took our Canon in because the automatic lens wasn't opening correctly. She charged us $95 to fix with the promise to mail it to us as we live quite a ways away. We got the camera back, late, and the problem wasn't fixed, plus there was something else broken. There was no response to phone calls, and when I stopped by there several weeks later it looked like no one even lived there any more. Very shady looking business.

8/20/2008 Have expensive Kodak camera, had problems with off/on switch. Spoke with Kodak they said to mail in to them with $150.00 deposit and they would check it out, repair time was estimated two months. Referred to Pro-Am via Bend camera store. Took my camera in, explained what the issue was, spoke with owner/repair tech Jennine. She has very impressive camera/repair background, one Bend is lucky to have. Picked up my camera 8 days later, repaired to perfection. I feel fortunate to find Jennine and should I need other camera repair in the future I will certainly use her services. Excellent on all levels and she is local small business owner.
