      image Definitely not on there game like they use to be. No one seems to know what they're doing! Charging you the wrong co-pay, saying you need to pay full price because of a doctor out of network which makes zero sense. When you receive a text notification that your rx is ready and then you go to get it and it's not ready is frustrating! I'm also seeing staff chatting it up with people while the line is almost to Starbucks. *prescription not ready even though they've had the script for 3 days and sent a text that it's ready. RUDE RUDE incompetent people. I'm done and switching to safeway.
