We had the pleasure of working with Beth and Rick in finding our dream home in Bend, OR. They were referred to us by a good friend. We actually had a couple of referrals, but after talking with Beth/Rick it was a no brainer. They are thoughtful, authentic, hard working, and detail oriented. They know the market so well. We were all over the board with our search and they patiently showed us many different choices and locations. After a long time searching, we finally bought a home that we truly love. We recently decided to moved out of our house of 12 years across the river to a more trail accessible location in the hot housing market of BEND OR. A friend referred us to Beth Melner. Her positive energy and tireless efforts made us feel like our goals were her number one priority. Before we knew it, our house was on the market, an offer was in on our dream house and our house sold during the first open house a day after being put on the market. It could not have gone smoother.
