Terrible Experience - Very poor product and even worse customer service..
Rarely does anyone answer the phone when you call or reply to emails.
In August 2015 three of NRG Laser toner cartridges we were using just started to leak, we couldn't print anything, it was an absolute mess, it spilled onto the office carpet when we removed them to try and clean up the mess. We had to pay a professional to thoroughly clean the printer in order to be able to use it again, we were offered replacements but since we didn't have a long history of success with their products/did not want to taking the risk of this happening again, we returned to using original Brother products which are well worth the small amount of extra $$ they cost in return for peace of mind and reliability.
We contacted NRG Laser right way (August 2015) and returned the leaky toner cartridges for a promised refund. Wish I could attach the photos we took and sent to them as proof of the mess they created; remember it wasn't just one it was three.
Finally after many months of un-returned phone calls and emails, we heard back from a John Anderson saying that they only issue refunds at the end of their year, so we patiently waited until the beginning of January 2016 before contacting them about the refund, remember it cost us money to pay for professional cleaning and to replace the 3 cartridges all in all about $500 to be able to get our printer up and running and print again. In February we heard back from John (owner) that the end of their fiscal year was actually 6/1/16, not 12/31/15 (again poor communication as lack of detail as was also our experience with their sales people when giving their products a shot)
6/1/16 came and went with no refund arriving in the mail; we emailed him twice in July asking about status of the promised refund and received no reply. On 8/4/16 we sent another email asking about the refund and mentioned that at this point we were considering writing a complaint to the BBB if this isn't resolved. We promptly received a response from John Anderson stating "You used the merchandise and sent back empties" Your refund will go out today, Please do not contact us again.
Today 8/8/16 we received their refund, but not the originally $370 we paid them for 3 toners, instead we received an insulting $30 check the with a hand written note on the check stub stating "customer sent back empties"!
