I contacted Michelle, desperate to find help for severe muscle pain which limited my mobility and quality of life. Michelle agreed to try to help me. I felt seen and heard. She listened with compassion and I felt like I had a partner in solving my perplexing issues. We had several intense sessions where we explored different areas of concern. Michelle is a miracle worker. I was having lymph congestion and tissue pain a month post breast cancer surgery, and after only one session the pain was 95% better. Couldnt recommend her knowledge and talent more.

I just had a tummy tuck and was trying to find someone experienced in manual "vodder style" lymphatic drainage massage. I came across Michelle on Google. This means a very light touch gentle massage that causes all your drainage to end up being flushed out through your urine. Many people dont understand this is the true manual lymphatic massage and it will get you the best results. Fluids should never be forced out of one of your holes from surgery. Unfortunately the 1st few days of my post surgery (which was done in another state) I could not find a Vodder experienced massage therapist. I felt like I had a huge blister under my skin every where I had gotten liposuction. There were even hot spots. I couldn't wait to fly home and start the massages with Michelle. On day one I felt instant relief. Each day I felt better and there is no question it is because Michelle understands and is experienced in the mapping system of the body. She even took her time to explain to my husband how he could be even more helpful in certain techniques at home. Thank you Michelle! I Will always recommend you for anyone who wants their post surgery to be as comfortable as possible!
