I could not be happier with the quality of the work done on my John Deere Snow blower.The turned around my machine in a day tnd it runs like it runs like it was new. I highly recomend Gary's as the place to go for small engine services and repair in the Bend Redmond area.

I will never use this dishonest company again. I brought in my Lawn mower and had it tuned up. Picked it up and dropped off my wheeled trimmer. Got the lawn mower home and it runs as rough as when I brought it in. Picked up my lawn trimmer and it was no better. Was charged for a new spark plug and it still has the original plug. The have refused to resolve this issue with both the lawn mower an trimmer. I have disputed one of my charges and the credit card company issued me a full refund.

I had a compressor issue and was behind the 8-ball when I took the compressor into see Randy the owner. Under the gun to get sprinklers blown out-he told me it would be a day or two. Was I relieved when he got it done to perfection in 2 hours! Not that my friends, is service. Being an owner of a business myself, you truly appreciate someone who goes above and beyond even the best case scenerio to make a customer happy. Thanks Randy
