Dylan Miller from High Desert Broadband did the installation of my Hunter Fiber. Dylan was amazing; knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and he didn't mind explaining what he was doing. High-Desert Broadband installed Cat 6 cables to provide ethernet capability throughout our 1990's home. This included running cables to exterior locations for PoE security devices - devices which they generously helped to install.
We were doing OK on a sometimes overloaded WiFi but it was unreliable - not what a couple needs when they both work from home. Because of High-Desert Broadband's expertise we now have future-proof, gigabit ethernet and multiple high-speed WiFi access points.
Dylan, the technician assigned to our case, was knowledgeable and courteous; he listened to our requirements and planned the solution which High-Desert Broadband then quoted on. My questions about the process were answered quickly over email by Rebecca, who also booked the installation. I'm very pleased with the installation and (as you'd probably gathered by now!) I think his name was Ender came out and made sure everything was perfect, even though he was staying for a lot longer. If there was a way to request certain contractors, I'd request him, he's the best! Service: Installation
