I have had nothing but problems with century link. Atrocious customer service. Never get the speed you pay for. Bill being raised for no reason, Im not getting better speed. The online chat is a complete joke and agents will disconnect you on their end and you have to wait all over again. Good luck talking to a human if you have issues after 6. Im canceling this service and i will never use you then again. By far the biggest mistake Ive ever made. I will continue to tell people how awful this service is in every aspect. Should not have to tell an agent what good customer service is to be helped.

No longer able to earn money working from home thanks to Marisa Hs incompetence. I said I wanted my service cut in June but she cut it this month (May) because she didnt know 6 represents the month of June. Have been hung up on several times and told I will need to order a new router and wait to have it reactivated even though it is not my fault my service was cut prematurely. Will never use Centurylink again and will make sure to let everyone I know to avoid at all costs.

Would love to have a no star option here. Century Link is garbage and provides garbage equipment. You are better off spending gas money to go somewhere for wi-fi than depend on their home services. Waste of money!

The absolute worst they have addresses and theres no actual office got me driving around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to return broken equipment. Cant get a hold of anybody live on the phone cant even cancel my account because I cant get through to anybody.
