Is No Stars possible? What appears to be great on the outside is quite the opposite actually. As a former customer and with my level of experience. I wouldn't go back to Legum Design and no I would not give a reference for them either. I would look at all my other options if I were a new customer or past customer. It's not all that hard for a company to hide their blind spots and this is a good example of a company doing just that. I would seriously look for other options and make an educated choice before considering Legum Design. Jeannie the owner may appear kind on the outside, but she is a total manipulator and her character doesn't speak volumes from her personal self to her business self. When that also tends to rub off on some of the other employees, it's clearly a bad sign. Lack of character shows a lack of experience on many levels. What they say in their studio about one customer or even a fellow employee behind their back is not where I would do business it's not only unprofessional but inappropriate.
