Nice employees. I'm not a huge ice fan but tried their Hot chocolate mint. It was good for a sugar rush, I could only drink a quarter of it. Not sure if syrup on the sundae is supposed to be hot but that's how we like it. Sad that it wasn't. Otherwise a good experience.

Staff said there is hair in the ice cream. I came here with my kids 4 days ago, right before closing. My kids wanted something similar to Oreo ice cream I think it was milk and cookies or cookies & cream on the menu. Anyway, everything is always good at this location, but this time while she was scooping ice cream, she said there was hair in the tub. I told her that we could choose another kind, and she said and I quote, no its OK, it comes from the factory with little hairs in it sometimes. And she did not let us pick a new flavor even though Id said we wanted to just continued scooping. At $14.80 for two single scoop ice cream cones, I didnt appreciate the service. Im not a very assertive person, but we definitely wont be going back to this Ben & Jerrys, and she told us that they come from the creamery with hair inside of the ice cream once in awhile. It was extremely jarring and disgusting, and being a TikTok mom I actually got it all on video including her saying this and the look on my sons face. I had to listen back to make sure this actually HAPPENED. Ive called twice to complain, and no one answers the phone. My kids did not eat it the ice cream after she said that and needless to say, we wont be back. Look out for hairs
