This company is really amazing to work for if youre seeking DSP work for the community Im one of the standing managers at the house and its one of the best jobs Ive ever worked you really need to have a good heart and a good soul to work here and be a strong person. Thats what we need here. Really appreciate this company.

I have worked for The Central Oregon Collective for almost a year and have found it to be an amazing collaboration of caring people to work with. Everyone including administration pulls together as a team to make this such a great job and dedicated work is always noticed and rewarded. Its truly a priority to enrich the lives of their clients by finding the best care staff and letting you know how much youre appreciated. The clients are incredible as well and give as much if not more fulfillment back, making this such a rewarding job.

I have worked for Central Oregon Collective since 2014 and I love the company I work for and the clients I help support. The Management team goes above and beyond to help care for the workers as well as the clients that live within the company. Absolutely amazing place to work if you enjoy caring for others.

Disappointing experience as a local teacher teacher who joined the field with the sole purpose of helping rural underprivileged and Native American youth get prepared for the workplace. My wife, whos a local RN was very sick and picking up medicine at Walgreens next door. The Walgreens parking lot was busy and my truck is large, so I parked in the collectives completely empty parking lot to try to stay out of the way for seniors, sick people, etc to have prime parking at wall greens. An angry man came up in his black dodge truck and said its a private parking lot, and was writing down my plate Im assuming to get towed!? I was there about 5 minutes. How about just asking? There were no no parking signs and I was just trying to be out of everyones way. Their mission statement of positive energy was mot reflected at all in my experience.
