We recently purchased a home built by Kaiser Home Builders and have been delighted with the home so far. What's been unexpected (and incredibly appreciated!) is that Troy and his team have gone above and beyond since we moved in to help us get settled and answer any questions we've had. From helping us program our thermostat to mounting our TVs to giving us a tutorial on the security system, they've gone out of their way. Working with Troy and his team made my job easier, because he cares about communication and getting things right. We really appreciated his responsiveness to calls and texts, while also thinking ahead in the building process of how his work will affect other trades. We are happy to have met Troy and look forward to working with him again in the future.

I just sold a home owned and built by Kaiser Home Builders. The build quality was astonishing and far above the standard for Bend. The attention to detail, energy-saving features, and incredible quality were only rivaled by the professionalism and character of Troy. I fully recommend and endorse Troy and Kaiser Home Builders. We had the pleasure of working with Troy and Kaiser Home Builders in the summer of 2019 when we bought our house. After meeting with several other contractors, we felt most comfortable with Troy for his professionalism and transparency on what we can expect once the job starts. We ran into some issues as most do when them demo began; however, Troy came to quick solutions all while not increasing our budget more than what we can handle. They kept a clean job site and did a great job in their work. I waited some time to wrote this review to assure that what they did remained strong, now a year later, we have seen no issues!
