Stereo Planet

When we were building our home, we decided to have it wired for stereo and speakers outside on the patio so we gave stereo plan a call to come out and give us a bid. Couple of guys came out. Cant remember their names. Look things over couple of minutes into the appraisal guy turns around and looks at me and says, Im not gonna give you a bid unless you give us the job and I said you have a good day. He simply walked off the manager called me a couple hours later and tried to make excuses for his attitude. Im not sure how you guys get a five star rating but with customer service like that.

Steve helped us make excellent decisions on upgrading our existing audio system. Music is very important to us. Sonos has proven to be an excellent choice. We have four different zones in the house and Steve recommended how to make both of us happy with our individual music choices.
