        Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. I am all set to mail in the paperwork she kindly gathered all together for me with an envelope to send it all in. Thank you Green Earth Medicine!

        I spoke to Debra and confirmed 3 appointments for my elderly mother and Roomate and his mother for Wed July 24. I spoke to Debra via text on the 23rd and she mentioned no problems. We show up for our appointments and NO ONE IS HERE. CLINIC IS CANCELLED AND NO EMAILS OR TEXTS WERE SENT OUT!!! There are two additional patients here who were not contacted either. One has two bulging discs in her neck. We are all going to the Empower clinics instead. Id recommend you take your business elsewhere. - brian
