        Asked for a specific haircut and pretty much got the opposite, shorter on the top longer on the bottom and got nothing of that and didnt even pay attention to the reference photo.

        This is such a great place to get a haircut, my 7 year old son is super difficult and they always accommodate him, and he always leaves looking great. My husband goes here as well, and is always happy with the cut.

        E-mailed for appointment, they set a time, I confirmed. I get in today and they say, no sorry, we booked someone else Really? Drove all the way from Redmond because of your reviews. These people genuinely are not worth your effort, time, or consideration. Gross. They then had the gall to offer to reschedule. I hope every potential client sees this.
