        Its changed a lot since I started coming here. And for the better! Theyre always improving and keeping the place clean with lots of options of free weights and machines.

      Hi Colin, We appreciate the feedback. You can reach us at 541-749-2013. Staff is onsite 6 days a week. Please check our staffed hours posted on the front door, and on our website. The infrared sauna is open during out staffed hours. We are a smaller sized gym, but do have a full size functional space, strength training area, and cardio equipment. Also, please note our cryotherapy compression therapy services are available 24/7.

      Thanks Local, We are on the smaller size but as you stated, have everything you need for a great strength, functional or cardio workout. We also have full locker rooms with showers! Thanks again!
