ABSOLUTELY THE BEST FOOD CART IN BEND!! Tonight was the Reuben and the Po Boy. All three sandwiches just flavor perfection!! Try them at Bevel Brewing AND On Tap!! The Burger of the Day..... This burger I had at Bevel Brewing is absolutely the top 3 burgers I've ever had! And ive had ALOT of burgers. Everything just comes together for a flavor bang! I'll be back time and again.

I had the pleasure of trying the rueben, pblt, fries, and their garlic aioli. I'll start with the side, the fries were unique and well seasoned. They were really nice to snack on especially with a beer from on tap. They fit well with the aioli, it had a nice flavor. The meat in both the pblt and rueben were very good, it was NOT sliced lunch meat, it tasted fresh. The rye on the rueben was not marbled, the light rye was on the outside. This made the bread have a nice crust which wasn't as stiff or crunchy as others. I have one gripe, both the sandwiches were dry. I don't feel like it took too much away from their sandwiches though.
