When we were in San Diego we had never met Matt we hired him to do our driveway And some excavating. And when we got here to Sun river he did a fantastic job I would really recommend him to anybody!

Cascade Land Development is FANTASTIC. They arrived a few minutes early and started right on time. My back yard had some significant underground complexity to it and they confidently worked through it all. They spoke with me about each step so that I would feel confident as well. When they wrapped up they did an amazing job of putting my yard back the way it was. It's hard to tell they were ever here. Thank you so much for your upbeat attitudes and diligent work. I would definitely recommend them.

We cannot say enough good things about Cascade Land Development. As new homeowners we had no experience dealing with contractors or the county, we needed to upgrade our septic system in order to hookup a mother-in-law unit on our property, but we were lost to say the least. We went through three contractors when we found Matt. The first one bowed out because the project was too much, the second ghosted us after three weeks, and the third only did a portion of what he included in his bid. Matt swooped in and rescued us. He was straight-forward and on top of everything from day one. He went above and beyond to help us navigate what we needed to do with the county and graciously made himself available for our dumbest of questions. He even put us in touch with the other service professionals that we needed to finish the project (and they were good too!). The job he did was prompt and quality. Hes a trustworthy guy that you can tell takes pride in his work- and he had affordable rates! 10/10 Highly recommend!
