Bought my SawStop with them several years ago, and the complete experience was as good as I could have hoped. Just recently, I triggered the brake cartridge (luckily, no blood was generated) and my first thought was to go back to them for a replacement. I called to confirm they had the part, but unfortunately they were out of stock and expecting replacements next week. I was under a schedule crunch for my project, so they offered to take one from the showroom. When I arrived 40 minutes later, the part was waiting for me on their desk. It turns out that they actually took the part out of a saw they had on display to save the day for me! Totally unexpected and above-and-beyond what I could have hoped for! I commented that I probably should get a spare someday and they offered to take another brake cartridge from another saw on display. So, they did! Awesome!
