      image The worst experience I've ever had with a dental clinic. I went with my father and got treated very badly for my mexican roots. They had us waiting 2 hours to tell us they couldn't help us they had also told my dad that they couldn't understand his english even though he speaks it perfectly and understands it well. This place has the worst service.

      image I went in saying my tooth hurts about 1 year ago, I couldnt sleep it was so bad, they did an xray and checked on the tooth and they said,your tooth is fine it must just be the placebo effect, take tylonol recently I went to a different dentist and they told me that the same tooth had a cavity and if I wouldve gotten filled when I went to gentle dental, than the tooth wouldve been saved. But no, I had to get my tooth pulled when it shouldve just been a filling last year, and all this was payed out of pocket so thanks a lot for the poor job, waste of time and money, and negligence :)

      image I have been going to GD for years. Dentists come and go frequently between visits it seems. Today I got one I've had before. Trying to get a routine checkup every six months is like "pulling teeth" and almost impossible. They tell you to call in six months to see if they have a cancellation rather than calling you. I changed dental insurance companies on 1/1/24 and told them in February of the change. They made a copy of my new insurance card but still managed to bill the old one. Billing problems over the years have not been uncommon and one has to watch what is billed. And, they always try to "up-sell" you to having more work than necessary at the present time. If I wasn't so old I would search for a new dental office but I understand that also isn't easy to find. Alas, I will keep going back to GD.
