Walgreens

Hello, I have been a customer of this east side Bend Pharmacy. Yes sometimes things are slow depending on how many workers are on hand; As many businesses do, this one at times has trouble being fully staffed. That being said; They do the best with what they have to work with. I have disabilities and impairments that make shopping rather difficult at times; In this store in particular I have always had positive experiences. I can only think of one time I had a negative interaction with a employee, that does happen in life. I do not use the pharmacy at Walgreens. I do my business elsewhere for that, not for any particular reason, just that my pharmacy ships my medications to me from here in town, saving me a lot of hassle and time. So people know alot of pharmacy can do this, I am not sure about Walgreens on this. Being patient and not have a entitled attitude gets me pretty far when being a customer at local businesses. It's not a right to have prompt perfect service every time I set foot in a store. I drop life before I go in and do my business no matter what business it is. This is a amazing store with good management working with understaffed at times, not their fault, many businesses are still slowly coming out of the Covid years. This Walgreens has not shut their store down and continues to serve the community through the products and services they offer, which is quite a few things. What a Joke never open on Saturdays, Pharmacies is never open, They would be better to close the doors forever, so i don't have to count on them when prescriptions is needed. Just cant count on them.
