Our family has completed two residential construction projects with Josh and the team at Copperline Homes. We could not be happier with the end result as well as the process. We had not undertaken ground-up construction before and Josh helped us every step of the way. He often made design and related suggestions using his great design sense and construction expertise. The quality of construction is excellent. Bend is a very competitive construction market and Copperline has a good percentage of market share and good relationships with its subcontractors. This is extremely important. Both of our projects turned out onetime and on-budget. Again, we couldn't recommend Copperline more highly!

Building a unique custom home is not something you want to trust to any builder - many of the features have never been done before. Copperline Homes has the experience and expertise to handle even the most difficult build complexities. We had maybe 6 or 7 really challenging build features and Copperline aced them all.

We're very happy we chose Copperline to build our home. The quality of their work was outstanding. They communicated well with us, even though we were remote during the pandemic. Copperline Homes made our dream home a reality with exceptional quality and professionalism. With building contractors being a dime a dozen in Bend it's hard to find an exceptional contractor that has integrity and who you can trust, especially with fine craftmanship. We faced many challenges over the course of our project as we were building during the COVID pandemic. I was impressed by how well Copperline overcame those difficulties and in the end wouldn't sacrifice quality for a speedy completion. Our project included a lot of modern technology--solar panels, Tesla powerwalls, vehicle charging stations, smart home Elan system, and Copperline knew exactly how to make that happen. If I were to do another home project I would choose Copperline Homes again without question. I highly recommend them, especially if you want your builder to care as much as you do about your dream project.

We interviewed three builders and ultimately selected Copperline to build our new home; construction started in February 2020 and was completed in May 2021. They participated in the (lengthy) design process, offering ideas to keep the project within budget. They partnered well with our architect, our interior design team, our engineers, and our landscapers. They finished the project on time and on budget. As we get to know our new home (now that we have moved in), they are responsive to any questions we have about its systems and features. Josh and Simon were both highly engaged throughout the process - regularly coming up with ideas to make the house the best it could be - and very interactive and insightful for those last minute questions and issues that arise only after construction begins. The quality of their work is top notch. I have very high standards, and Copperline consistently met or exceeded them. If I were building another home, I would use Copperline again, and would recommend them highly to anyone else considering them!
