Connecting Point Computer Centers

We got a virus on our Apple computer yesterday. We went to Connecting Points in a panic. Michael helped us get back on line. Both Michael and the rest of the crew were helpful and friendly. We really appreciated all of you.

During the past year and a half I have received nothing but good service , knowledgeable assistance and fair pricing throughout my association with Connecting Point. The computer technicians with whom I've worked ( Brad and Stephen) were skilled and knowledgable. Because I like to ask questions and learn, they also demonstrated great patience. I bought my new Mac Book Pro at Connecting Point and when I'm in the market for other devices, I will return. I have recently moved here from Canada where I have dealt with an excellent Mac Store since the late-nineties- I consider myself fortunate to have found another equally professional centre.

We can't say enough about Connecting Point. It is the 'go to' place for computers in Central Oregon. My wife and I just added more RAM to our Mac's and Micheal helped my wife troubleshoot an issue with a windows software using Parallels. He was most helpful, relieving a very stressful situation. Thank you Connecting Point for your professionalism, knowledge of computers and willingness to help with our computers problems.

Just bought an iMac from Connecting Point. I went in several times browsing and talking with the salesmen, mainly Travis. I had a ton of questions and concerns, but he looked up my concerns and was able to answer all questions. I had nothing but great service. When I was waiting for my ram to be upgraded (which took a whole 15 minutes), I had several sales associates ask me if they can help me. This is the 3rd computer I've bought from Connecting Point.

Connecting Point was thorough, helpful and communicative. Computers can be frustrating, especially when they are not working correctly. Jeremy was very helpful and gave insight on how to make sure the same frustrating things would not happen again. Stayed late to work on my computer and explained every step perfectly so i knew what was happening. Would go back absolutely!
