They are always up to take on any issue you throw at them, and have the patience to teach you anything and everything you need to know about your Apple devices! The setting of the office is comforting along with the people there:) Definitely a great go to for any Apple related issues or questions!

      image Called on Saturday. Sara told me the solution to my issue was easy. "Bring it it anytime and I'll fix it while you wait" Anytime? "Yes". On Monday I called and recounted the discussion with the person that answered the phone. Told her I lived in Redmond and wanted to make sure Sara would be there to honor her offer. Was Sara available to fix it today? "Yes, anytime". I drove to Bend and was told by, I think, the same person with whom I spoke in the AM. "Sara has appointments out of the office all afternoon. Sorry" A wasted drive to Bend.

      image I purchased a new MacBook Air to replace my old one and brought both of them to MacTek to have them handle the data transfer. Sarah at MacTek did a perfect job. If youre looking to have your Apple devices repaired or optimized I highly recommend MacTek. The employees couldnt be nicer or more knowledgeable. 5 stars!
