Einstein's Coffee

Nice and friendly staff but was pretty bummed on our food and drink, asked for no meat on a sandwich but still got meat.. and the bacon still looked raw. I guess a shortage on avocado cause there was barely any on there. No biggie I guess but the poached eggs on our sandwiches were just hard boiled. And to have one tiny egg on a bagel sandwich I feel like does not work? The black tea was so watered down! Why? Seems like a great place so hopefully the feedback helps!

I love this place! They have so many delicious drinks and their drip coffee is my personal favorite in town! I love how friendly the baristas are and they really do keep a nice atmosphere: the well cared for houseplants and lovely paint only add to the comfortable vibe the crew brings to the shop! I feel like I'm in a coffee shop whenever I go there

I come here a few times a week and it NEVER disappoints. The barista with bangs is the cutest most friendly soul I have ever met and she always makes my day better. Highly recommend. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!!!

Amazing food and amazing drinks. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in central Oregon. The baristas are very friendly and the vibe in the shop is so comfortable. Definitely recommend to everyone in bend.
