While this is my favorite Dutch Bros location in Bend due to its proximity to South bound 97, it has been missing the mark lately. I actually find myself skipping Dutch Bros altogether when I leave town for home. Tonight I had a blended chai that tasted like very slightly sweet milk. Kinda like maybe the chai carton was almost empty but they didn't feel like opening another one. The blended chai I got the time before this didn't taste like their regular brand. The time before that I got a hot chai that was barely warm. I like getting a drink before my hour long trip home but am tired of feeling like I spent a lot of money for a not great drink.

None there worker how to make a picture perfect the way people ask them to. They always hands back to my 72yr old mom and she doesn't go anywhere else, so let's say she hasn't been happy with them in quite a while.. so I think some on the spot test should be done give it a small bonus to Whomever can do it CORRECTLY
