Apex Spine and Performance

Dr. RJ Rivera is fantastic at what he does. I am a newer patient of his and I am seeing results almost immediately. I came in for some lower back pain that flares up every few months to the point of immobilization. My first appointment was extremely thorough at pin pointing where my issue stems from, figuring out what movements and exercises I can do to relieve the pain, cupping, and a minor adjustment. I am super happy with RJ because he takes his time, makes you feel comfortable with what he is doing, and gives you homework to better yourself on your own depending on the issues at hand. I highly recommend visiting RJ if you are experiencing any problems in your body and want to get back in the mountains!

Dr. Rivera saved me! My back froze and I wasnt able to even stand up straight. RJ got me in on such short notice. Within 3 visits I was back to normal and I didnt even need an adjustment. He is so good at what he does and has such great knowledge of the body. I highly recommend Apex Spine and Performance!

This place is the Apex of chiropractic care in the Bend area! I have worked with Dr. Rivera and Dr. Sanders and they are both exceptional. They are unlike any other chiropractors youve ever seen, as they go above and beyond when it comes to quality and depth of the exam and treatment. Put your trust in them with your aches, pains, etc and you will be ecstatic you did! Huge plus that they also incorporate rehab exercises!

I was scared to try chiropractic but Dr. Rivera and Dr. Tim are both so confident in what they do that my fear melted away! If you are looking for chiropractic care that goes beyond cracking your back, check this place out.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim Sanders for about 9 months. Having severe pinched nerve and neck issues for the last 10 years, i finally was referred to Active Motion for physical therapy. Tim was the last resident that customized my PT program plus the best neck adjustments i have ever had. Tim's approach to each client is very unique. PT is a very personal treatment and his techniques , tips and overall mental health discussions is really something i have never encountered before. Tim made it a great experience every time. After 2 years of PT and acupuncture, can honestly say, have been 100% pain free for the first time in 20 years+ !
