        Dr. Bari is the best! She listened to what I had to say and was very thorough in finding out where my back and neck pain was. She worked very efficiently to adjust my back and gave me good feedback on home remedies for pain management and lifestyle changes. A great conversationalist and very personable, Id recommend Dr. Bari to anyone who needs a good chiropractor!

        Dr. Pope was very professional and knowledgeable. He asked me questions that were pertinent to my situation, and then addressed the issues with care and concern. I will definitely be back for care in the future.

        Overbilled. Billed my insurance policies incorrectly. Never got clarity from Total Body Chiropractic, had to go through my insurance agency to understand what I should owe for each visit. When I asked for clarity regarding the charges to my account, Dr. Bari sent me a TEXT message that she was just following Oregon laws. Took over two months of me going through my own patient ledger and credit card payments to show Total Body Chiropractic that I was being overbilled. Had to have my insurance provider call Total Body and Explain to them how to properly charge me for each visit. Unfortunately, I let them save my credit card on file from my very first visit with them so they already charged my account for what they thought they were entitled to.

      Thank you for your point of view. We do our best to explain the benefit information that the insurance companies tell us. No other Office goes out of their way to tell you what your exact benefits will be. We legally have to bill a primary and a secondary insurance if provided to us. Pacific source made the mistake, not us. They were charging too much and when we finally spoke with them, they reprocessed everything and your account was cleared up. We charged you an extra $21.04 because of the way Pacific source processed things and when we found out the mistake, the money was reallocated to your co-pay. I’m sorry you feel you were overbilled. It was not our fault and certainly not intentional. We wish you the best.
