* I posted a review and Too Sweet Cakes followed up. I had a really great conversation with them and they credited me back my money for my birthday order. In terms of customer service, they did really well with the follow up. I will be back. *. 3-19-24
Too Sweet Cakes has been a go to bakery for me as I am Celiac. But the last two times I have ordered from them online, once for my husbands birthday and for mine, they canceled the order with no notification and didn't have order ready on other order and couldn't find the order when my husband went to pick up. Both orders were online and easy with confirmations. A good look into their online system needs to happen

While the cake was delicious, it didnt look like the picture unfortunately. They forgot the berries on top. When I went in to pick up the cake she showed it to me and it had already gotten mushed on the side walls of the box before I arrived. You can see it on the front of the cake in the photo. She said I could possibly get some money back but I haven't heard anything since... like I said the cake was delicious but if you need a decorative cake that is being presented at a party I would not recommend this place. Good luck.

Bought a 4" double chocolate cake for a birthday, and it was EXCEPTIONAL. Fudgey cake, delicate buttercream chocolate frosting, perfectly balanced. Their croissant-style donuts are dangerously good, as well. Great staff; very polite and helpful!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.
