If I could have given them no star I would have. This company is awful. I just started brand new service but no one cares to show up or even call. I was promised that they would be here last Monday and recieved a no call no show. I had to call them. They promised they would be here a week later and I waited around all day. Guess what, no call no show. I called at noon and was promised that they would show and yet they never did. They had my address correct which means one thing, they simply don't care. I have since canceled my order with them and I'm going elsewhere. Sierra Springs will eventually go under with stiff competition simply because you cannot count on them. Buh-bye.
